About Pam Hardoy

Pam HardoyPam Hardoy, founder and owner of Hardoy Consulting, serves small and mid-sized businesses with their accounting and QuickBooks needs. Knowledgeable in both accounting and QuickBooks, Pam loves technology and is able to quickly find the right software and setup for the many types of small and mid-sized business clients she serves. She focuses on helping business owners free up their time from bookkeeping chores as well as providing them with the information they need to run their business better.

Pam has a degree in accounting along with several QuickBooks software certifications.

She specializes in QuickBooks help, set-up, upgrading, training, troubleshooting, or maintenance along with full service bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax services, financial statements and analysis, and budgeting and forecasting services. She offers her services on-site or by remote access. Pam’s company is also an Intuit Authorized Reseller, which means she can provide you with software discounts and improved service.

Some of the recent projects she’s completed with clients include solving a client’s 1099 processing problems, catching up several years of books for one client, streamlining and updating their technology, then cleaning up their procedures and reports, consulting and training on the correct version of QuickBooks for another client, correcting inventory records and sales tax reports for various clients, providing audit support to external auditors, and acting as liaison to a client’s CPA.

Prior to starting her own business, Pam worked as an accountant and financial analyst in various industries including office automation, telecommunications, and software. She has over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, both public and private, as well as small business accounting and management.

Pam earned her accounting degree from University of Southern Indiana. When she is not working, she enjoys learning new accounting technology (really!), spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.
